            Chili Chops
You will need:
-6 pork chops
-6 large onion slices
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-3/4 tsp salt
-1/8 tsp pepper
-1 1/2 cup lemon juice
-1/3 cup Heinz Chilli Sauce
Preheat oven to 350'  Place porkchops in baking dish.  Top each with onion slice.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. 
Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Tasty!
           Well Dressed Porkchops
You will need:
-4 to 6 porkchops
-1 cup of veggie bullion
-1 garlic clove
-2 tbsp brown sugar
-1 1/2 tbsp worcherster shire
-1 1/2 tsp chili powder
-3/4 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp black pepper
Place porkchops in shallow baking pan with lid. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over. Bake at 350' for 40-60min. Enjoy!

            Cranberry Ham Glaze
You will need:
-1/3 to 1/2 cup Craisins
-1 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup red wine
-2 tsp prepared mustard
Place ham in crockpot.  Mix glaze ingredients and pour over ham.  Cook on high for 4 hours, or low  for 8 hours.

            Sweet and Sour Meatballs
You will need:
-2 lbs of ground pork
-2 lbs of ground beef
-1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
-500 mL ketchup
2-3 cans whole cranberry sauce
Mix pork and beef with onion soup mix.  Form into meatballs.  Broil in oven until cooked.  Mix ketchup and cranberry sauce and pour over meatballs in baking pan.  Bake at 350' for 45-1hr, or until bubbly.  Alternately, cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
            Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
You will need:
-8 pork chops or a 3 lb roast, quartered
-1 tsp Carroway seed
-28 oz of sauerkraut with liquid
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/3 cup of water
Mix carroway seeds and garlic powder with sauerkraut and place on to  of chops in a crockpot.  Add water if necessary.  Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

              Ken's Super Simple Ham Roast
You will need:
-one frozen ham roast from Lamb's Pork
Unwrap the packaging and place in crockpot/slowcooker. DON'T add anything! (not even water) Turn on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours

              Amanda's Maple Pork Roast
You will need:
-one frozen pork roast from Lamb's Pork
-2/3 cup maple syrup
-1/3 cup dijon mustard
Mix well and pour over roast.  Cook until desired doneness is reached, basting regularly.
For gravy, add flour to drippings to thicken.

               Maple Chili Ham
You will need:
-one frozen ham roast from Lamb's Pork
-1/4 cup dijon mustard
-2 Tbsp maple syrup
-1 Tbsp chili flakes
Mix well and pour over ham.  Cook until desired doneness is reached.
